We shopped at the Store in Ajax and were assisted by Sonia. She is wonderful; helpful and knowledgeable. Concerning the items we bought. We love the two=seater couch. We wished however that the hair would recline the same way as the couch. Unfortunately the back of the chair reclines before the foot rest comes out.

I've had my leather recliner for about two weeks now, and overall, I'm very happy with it. The leather looks and feels great, and it actually smells like real leather. The colour is beautiful, and the proportions are perfect for me — not too big and not too small. I didn't get a chance to try the recliner in the store, but I did try the loveseat from the same collection, which gave me a good idea of the fit. Thankfully, it turned out to be a great choice. There are a couple of things I'm keeping an eye on. When the chair is fully reclined and I move around, there is quite a bit of squeaking from the mechanism. Also, the recline button feels a little flimsy and delicate. Hopefully it holds up over time. It does come with a one-year warranty, which gives me some peace of mind. It was a little more expensive than I originally wanted to spend, but compared with the other options I considered, this one was by far the best fit for me. Overall, I would recommend it. I'm hoping the quality holds up and that I'll still be enjoying this chair 10 years from now.
