Desk was easily assembled and is very stylish.

This desk is lovely! It's compact but stylish, the wood is solid, and assembly was easy (could be done entirely with the tools provided). However, there is one weak point to this design, and it is the place where the surface of the desk attaches to the cabinet. Essentially two little pieces of wood and a couple of screws hold this in place—which is fine until you ever want to move this desk. The cabinet part of this desk is very heavy comparatively, and that puts a lot of strain on that part of the desk. If you're not careful, the screws can rip right out of the wood. Slide the desk on the ground as opposed to attempting to lift it (or just be very careful if you attempt the latter) in order to not damage this piece. Otherwise, this desk is great and I'm enjoying it!
