POLO contemporary tufted armchair

I had recently purchased a contemporary tufted armchair and although everything about the chair from its structure to the services provided were great-I am disappointed with the colour. On the advertisement it look like a bright yellow but in person it's a very dull mustard colour. I had contacted them for return or exchange but I was told it's not possible.
