Assembly
We purchased these chairs, but assembling them was not easy. One of the chairs is not straight after assembly, and one of the bolts was missing from the package. We are disappointed with the quality and would appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues.

Comfortable and soft
We needed a chair that our cats wouldn't scratch, and this fit the bill. It's closer to a cat bed! I have to compete with them for who gets to sit in it. :) Looks nice too.
